Shipment confirmation and order tracking: See details for specific items below. Some items ship directly from our art studio. Some items are printed for you upon order and will ship from the printer. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates: We keep many of our products in stock. Some select products are printed upon order just for you. For items in stock we ship within 2 business days. For details please see below. Once shipped, the estimated delivery is generally within 2-4 business days depending on your location and weight of package. You will receive a tracking number.

Shipment processing times:
Greeting cards: Ship within 1-2 business days

Posters: Ship within 1-2 business days

Fine art prints and Framed fine art prints: are shipped directly from the art printer to you. Frames take about 2 weeks to ship. Prints take a few days to ship.

Scarves: Most scarves ship directly from our studio in 1-2 days. Depending on our inventory, some orders may ship directly from our silk sewer in Canada which takes about 6 days. Delivery time is generally 2-5 days after shipping, depending on your location. We'll note designs that are currently not in stock on the product page.

Tapestries: Our tapestries are printed upon order and will take about a 5-7 business days for production and will be shipped directly to you from our printer in Canada. Shipping takes about 2-4 days.

Shipment to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses We ship your order using USPS. Please leave a note on the order form during the checkout process if USPS does not ship to your location. We will accommodate as best as possible for your shipping location.

Damages Bella Blue Earth/Bella Blue Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
